Takes into account the entire vital substance requirement of your body
This alkaline-forming food contains over 60 ingredients with 100% natural vitamins, minerals and trace elements for a smooth metabolism. Its complex agent counteracts acidification and thus also supports the complexion of the skin and hair.
Complicated buffer systems regulate our acid-base balance, keep the pH value in the blood constant and thus ensure a smooth metabolism. With a balanced, wholesome and largely vegetarian diet, this works perfectly. However, these clever buffer systems, which neutralize acids, are often overtaxed because there is a lack of natural, base-forming minerals.
Before industrialization, people largely subsisted on natural agricultural products that were given to them by farming and animal husbandry. With industrialization, mass production also arose in the food sector, which overrode the natural balance of availability and demand. Food technologists invented preservation methods, coloring and flavorings, and ready-to-eat meals. Vitamins and minerals are synthetically supplemented and many ready meals would not be enjoyable without flavorings.
A healthy lifestyle cannot guarantee a long life, but those who eat healthily create better conditions for staying healthy and productive for a long time.
Michael Droste-Laux® Basic Granulate is a food made from over 60 ingredients. The minerals, trace elements and vitamins contained in plant form are optimally absorbed by the organism. Jerusalem artichoke contains inulin
"Soluble fiber is found in Jerusalem artichoke, which induces a long-lasting feeling of satiety," says Dr. Young H. Lee-Barkey, diabetologist and nutritionist at the Heart and Diabetes Center NRW, Bad Oeynhausen.
Jerusalem artichoke contains inulin, among other things. This soluble fiber swells in the stomach and intestines by binding a lot of water and reducing the inulin level. This makes him full. In addition, inulin is not broken down in the small intestine and thus reaches the large intestine practically unchanged. The roughage, which actually consists of many sugar molecules, is therefore practically not available as an energy source, so it provides almost no calories. In addition, the bulking agent stimulates digestion.
The broken down grain is rich in sugar-splitting ferments and dextrorotary lactic acid cultures
Sweet almond flour for the nerves
Sweet almonds are referred to as 'women's fruit' because they serve as a source of strength for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Walnuts keep the heart fit

Notes on alkaline-forming foods
The topic of hyperacidity through diet is well known in circles of nutrition-conscious people. Our designation alkaline-forming food is not a health statement, but a common property of food that results from the respective natural ingredients. For example, the 49 herbal-spice tea mixture contained in the herbal granules has a strong alkaline effect due to the comparatively high negative numerical value. The so-called PRAL concept* serves as the basis for calculation.
The PRAL factor indicates whether a food has an alkaline (negative values) or acidic (positive values) effect. According to analysis data and reports from August 2012, the factor is – 46.7. Nutritional physiologists recommend giving preference to alkaline foods.

The granulate supports a healthy diet and is a natural food.
As a natural supplier of vital substances with countless secondary plant substances and neutralizing enzyme systems (antioxidants), it nourishes skin and hair.
We recommend 3 tsp per day. The amount can be increased at will. The granules taste great in fruit and vegetable juices, over salads or, best of all, let them melt in your mouth.
Our vegetable granules offer a wealth of possibilities. If you don't like it pure, let creativity and experimentation help you. The only important thing to note is: Please always use it with cold dishes, never warm, let alone hot!
Please close the herbal granules with the lid immediately after use.
