Creaming after showering is actually not necessary. However, if your care ritual includes the use of a body cream or lotion, then please use our alkaline body lotion with echinacea. The formulations are based on a mineral basis without preventing the skin from self-regulation with too much fat and oil.

Our alkaline shower cream removes acids from the skin, neutralizes them gently on the surface and ensures naturally beautiful and clean skin through deep cleaning.

Background surfactants
We do not use synthetic surfactants in our products to create artificial foam. We “learned” from good old curd soap with its natural surfactants that foam stands for cleanliness. An artificial foam, a surfactant, was also added to other cosmetic products, such as toothpaste and shower gel. Conventional shower gels with surfactants and other chemical ingredients may intoxicate the senses with synthetic fragrances, but they dry out the skin. Most surfactants are syndets. This neologism stands for synthetic detergents. This refers to artificial, washing-active substances. You probably know this from your washing powder or dishwashing liquid. And that's how most shower gels work: They degrease the skin. The foam unbalances the skin's metabolism. Dry skin, irritation and inflammation can be the result.
